Professional Filter

We at the Sales Division Professional Filter are the reliable partner for clean and high quality water filtration in the B2B sector. Our dedicated team works in in-house sales as well as in the field and as Key Account Managers (KAM). We work closely with manufacturers next to professional foodservice and bakery distributors, as well as technical service providers in the areas of coffee machines, steamers and dishwashers. We also maintain partnerships in the sanitary sector. Furthermore, we are very active in the vending and OCS business. We are represented at gastronomy trade fairs and coffee championships and teach interested parties, customers, baristas and roasters in the "BRITA Water-Academy" the influence of perfect water on sensor technology and machines. Our goal is to offer customized solutions and build long-term partnerships to position the BRITA brand as the leader in drinking water post-treatment with breakthrough, modern and digital filter technologies.

Marketing

With our expertise in the conception and implementation of holistic marketing and communication strategies for the BRITA brand in Switzerland, we lay the decisive foundation for the success of our products and the strengthening of our market position. In doing so, we actively work on the further development of the strategy in cooperation with the headquarters and develop a suitable marketing and communication mix for our BRITA product portfolio (Consumer, Professional Filter, Professional Dispenser) and target groups. In addition, we control and monitor marketing and communication measures, measure success using key figures and conduct analyses. The close cooperation with the sales department as well as the planning and management of the e-shop further enrich our daily work.
