Your Tasks
- You take ownership of Amazon account management across multiple European markets and actively drive sustainable growth.
- By developing and executing growth plans, you contribute to achieving ambitious sales, profitability, and market share targets.
- You monitor business performance and proactively identify opportunities, risks, and improvement areas. 📈
- Together with local and central stakeholders, you lead forecasting and business planning activities.
- Through close collaboration with Marketing and Supply Chain teams, you ensure successful execution of commercial initiatives. 🤝
- You identify growth opportunities through assortment expansion, promotional activities, and innovative business models. 💡
- By building strong relationships across functions, countries, and organizational levels, you align stakeholders around common goals and priorities.
- You stay up to date with Amazon developments, consumer trends, and competitive activities to continuously challenge the status quo. 🌍
- Contributing to strategic projects and process improvements is a natural part of your role.
Your Profile
- You hold a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, eCommerce, Economics, or a comparable qualification.
- Several years of experience in Key Account Management, eCommerce, Amazon, online retail, or a comparable commercial environment enable you to create impact from day one.
- A strong understanding of Amazon, marketplace dynamics, and digital business models helps you identify growth opportunities and turn them into results.
- Advanced analytical skills allow you to translate data into clear business recommendations and commercial actions. 📊
- You demonstrate strong ownership, autonomy, and bias for action, taking accountability for results and driving initiatives from idea to execution in a fast-paced environment.🚀
- Building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders is one of your key strengths. 🤝
- Excellent communication skills in English enable you to operate successfully in an international environment; German skills are a plus.
