Finance & Controlling

Checking and ticking off invoices, reducing numbers to a common denominator, rocking the annual accounts and getting on top of the audit – of course all of that is part of our job in Finance & Controlling.  But we’re so much more than that! Our controllers are the clever business guides of the company. We ensure that it is running on a profitable basis, that we are smart when it comes to dealing with costs and make sure that we are leading the company in a future-oriented direction. And in Accounting we rely fully on digital power! Our employees can process expenses, invoices and travel bookings easily online. We make it as easy as possible for them. Because we want to be efficient and up-to-date, in order to lead the company into the right future on a financially secure basis.

Human Resources

Attracting talent and inspiring it in the long term, promoting flexibility, enabling lifelong learning and ensuring well-being - these are the key concerns for our approximately 80 employees in Switzerland. At BRITA, Human Resources is about much more than just administration and payroll (although we excel at that too and enjoy doing it 😉).

We see ourselves as close and networked partners of the company, directly supporting our employees and managers so that they can deliver the best performance day after day and drive our growth. This involves working closely together to shape the future of work and achieve optimal performance.

Supply Chain Management

Not only storing and retrieving goods, no, the activities of SCM go far beyond that. Our goal in supply chain management is to provide customers and colleagues with goods and equipment, spare parts, accessories and tools on time. To achieve this, we rely on a smoothly networked infrastructure, modern IT support and a highly motivated team. The sustainable disposal of our BRITA products is also one of our most important tasks, because the environmentally friendly use of resources has been a top priority at BRITA for many years. Product availability is our top priority, which is why we monitor inventory levels and optimize ordering cycles. We also ensure efficient delivery to our Swiss customers in close cooperation with our logistics partners. As an SCM team, we take pride in making an important contribution to the smooth running of the company's activities and ensuring reliable supplies.

Information Technology

Cybersecurity, IoT projects, mobile devices, intranet, business applications or IT infrastructure - all these systems and services are essential for the smooth running of our daily work at BRITA. We take care of everything so that our employees can fully concentrate on their tasks. We are on site immediately when IT expertise is needed. In this way, we make a significant contribution to a smooth day-to-day working environment.

 

 

 

Facility Management

Whether it's facility management, environmentally friendly energy supply or sustainable waste disposal - no two days are the same for us. As a facility management team, we are the valued and competent partners who act in the background to provide BRITA employees with an efficient and pleasant working environment and competently maintain our modern infrastructure.
