Our support is there where our customers need it. We service technicians stand for reliable, competent technical service and our specialist knowledge as well as our experience make us the experts for piped water dispensers. We focus on regional proximity and our nationwide service network ensures short distances and fast response times. We always carry spare parts on our vehicles to guarantee convenient and quick fault diagnosis and rectification on site. Through regular service work, we ensure that our high quality standards are maintained.
Workshop
In our in-house workshop, we take care of repairs and technical overhauls of the water dispensers. This includes troubleshooting of defective devices, functional testing and reconditioning of used devices. In case of urgent or special assignments, we get into the vehicle and support our customers directly on site. In addition, our workshop is an important place for the training and further education of our colleagues.
Hotline and disposition
We act as the first point of contact for our customers and take care of all technical issues relating to piped water dispensers. Our linguistic fluency is what sets us apart, as we communicate in German, French, Italian and English. In the event of a malfunction, we ensure an immediate response and if we are unable to help the customer by telephone, we ensure that the fault is rectified by our competent service technicians. As dispatchers, we plan all service calls and ensure sophisticated daily scheduling as well as short travel times. We are supported in this by a modern IT infrastructure and our geographical knowledge.
