Top Company 2025 award
As in the previous year, the employer rating platform kununu has recognised BRITA as a Top Company 2025. The award is based on independent employee reviews on the platform. The award is data-based and independent.
This award confirms that we are continuing to promote our corporate culture. At BRITA, the focus is on people, and we are proud to be part of a global family that promotes professional growth and personal satisfaction in equal measure. Together we make BRITA a great place to work.
“Great Place To Work” certificate
BRITA has successfully undergone certification by the international research and consulting institute Great Place to Work® for its locations in Germany and Switzerland. For the “Great Place to Work” award, employees are asked anonymously about their opinion on various aspects of the corporate culture such as diversity, leadership, trust, recognition, promotion, care, cooperation, team spirit and identification with the company.
As a result, 85 percent of those surveyed agreed with the statement that BRITA is a very good place to work. The high level of identification with the company is particularly noteworthy. The results of the survey confirm the high level of employee satisfaction at BRITA.
Passionately sustainable
Sustainability is more important than ever today. The climate is changing, the oceans are filled with waste, and entire animal species are facing extinction. At BRITA, we take responsibility for our actions and the environment. We are actively engaged in environmental protection. We have our own recycling program for our products in order to process the raw materials used and to reintroduce them into the production cycle. With projects like "Balance the impact," we strive to reduce our company-wide CO2 emissions, such as through the use of renewable energy at various locations. At our headquarters in Taunusstein, we even have 300,000 little helpers on board – bees! These little insects do a massive amount to help the environment.
Another project that is very close to our heart is our collaboration with Whale & Dolphin Conservation (WDC). With our campaign "Weniger Plastik ist Meer" (“less plastic is more” - a play on the words “Meer/mehr” meaning sea/more), we are drawing attention to the pollution of our seas.
