Logistics
In Logistics we deal with the strategic planning, management and further development of the logistics network of the BRITA Group. In this we work closely with our international subsidiaries and logistics partners along the whole of the supply chain. Our focus is on efficient transport solutions and compliance with all the relevant laws, guidelines and directives in the area of customs and international trade. We ensure that the organisation of transport is handled seamlessly and that all the requirements are met in order to guarantee the smooth running of the entire supply chain.
Procurement
Procurement at BRITA stands for dealing with exciting and varied tasks. From supplier management via the digital purchasing process to procurement controlling – we are constantly challenged to find new ways of doing things. As well as the consistent processing of our core tasks we work on an ongoing basis at optimising our procurement portfolio, our processes and our cost structure. In this way we can position ourselves as management’s strategic partner with the remit of guaranteeing product quality at the highest level and increasing income. It is our aim as a dynamic procurement team to make a modern and efficient contribution to our success.
End-to-End Supply-Chain
Our supply chain is an important driver for the continued growth of BRITA. From the procurement of raw materials, components and finished goods through planning and production to logistics and the return of our products – we have an overview of the whole supply chain. Our products are divided into three strategic business areas: Consumers, Professional Filters and Dispensers. Thanks to an effective and modern supply chain we ensure that our products arrive at our customers at the right time and in the best quality. We work continuously at optimising our supply chain and making our processes more efficient in order to be able to meet the constantly growing requirements.
