“Great Place To Work” certificate
BRITA has successfully undergone certification by the international research and consulting institute Great Place to Work® for its locations in Germany and Switzerland. For the “Great Place to Work” award, employees are asked anonymously about their opinion on various aspects of the corporate culture such as diversity, leadership, trust, recognition, promotion, care, cooperation, team spirit and identification with the company.
As a result, 85 percent of those surveyed agreed with the statement that BRITA is a very good place to work. The high level of identification with the company is particularly noteworthy. The results of the survey confirm the high level of employee satisfaction at BRITA.

We care about the environment. That's why we are committed to greater sustainability within our own company. We offer a recycling program for our filter cartridges and are constantly working on ways to further reduce our CO2 emissions by making our processes - from manufacturing to transport - more efficient. We also avoid waste throughout the product life cycle, for example by using LED lighting and reducing outer packaging.

Our BRITA Vivreau water dispensers eliminate the need for plastic bottles and gallons and immediately save tons of plastic: With an annual consumption of 110,000 liters of drinking water per 500 employees*, this results in a savings potential of 2,530 kg of plastic waste* per year.
