Our combined expertise, passion and team spirit make us successful - and we are proud of it. Since 2020 we are part of the international BRITA Group in Taunusstein.

are a family business
Since our foundation by Michael Peine in 1998, our actions at FILLTECH have been characterized by entrepreneurial vision, reliability and a strong corporate culture. In 2020 we became part of BRITA, a global family business. The roots of today's BRITA Group go back to 1966, when Heinz Hankammer laid the foundation for a globally successful family business with hand-made filter cartridges.

We all share the same values: long-term thinking, value-based management and a strong bond with our employees. This combination gives us the best of both worlds - the flexibility and agility of a medium-sized company alongside the stability and resources of a global group.

BRITA has successfully completed certification by the international research and consultancy institute Great Place to Work® for all sites in Germany and Switzerland. FILLTECH employees also took part in the survey and confirmed this: FILLTECH is a 'Great Place To Work'.

To be recognized as a 'Great Place to Work', employees are asked anonymously for their opinion on various aspects of corporate culture such as diversity, leadership, trust, recognition, promotion, care, cooperation, team spirit and identification with the company. As a result, 85 per cent of respondents agreed that BRITA is a very good place to work. The high level of employee identification with the company is particularly noteworthy. The results of the survey confirm the high level of employee satisfaction at BRITA.
