🚀 What you can expect

  • Full ownership of the iQ segment incl. P&L and business performance
  • Define a clear vision for digital & connected solutions – and align stakeholders globally
  • Translate strategy into a focused, actionable roadmap – and drive execution
  • Transform the business model towards services, subscriptions and data-driven offerings
  • Lead the development of integrated system solutions (hardware, filtration, connectivity)
  • Partner closely with R&D, Sales, Marketing and global markets
  • Actively drive the transformation process – internally and externally

 

🌍 Your impact

  • Lead a highly skilled, technical core team (4 FTEs)
  • Steer a global cross-functional setup across functions and markets
  • Provide clear direction, priorities and long-term perspective in a complex environment

 

💡 What makes you a great fit

  • Experience in strategic roles within complex B2B environments (e.g. marketing, business development)
  • Proven success in leading transformation and change processes
  • Ability to define a vision and translate it into concrete actions across functions (incl. R&D and Sales)
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to enable and challenge diverse teams
  • Confident in navigating complex, international and cross-functional structures
  • Strong interest in digitalization, IoT and data-driven business models
  • Excellent English skills are required due to the international scope of the role; German is a strong plus, particularly for leading and developing the team
