How you can get involved

For BRITA, there is very great potential in the DTC (direct-to-consumer) business, because our business model and our products are ideally suited for long-term, successful direct customer relationships and sales channels. We want to exploit this potential as best we can, while at the same time significantly driving our brand transformation.

An important contribution to this is made by our new "Digital Experience & Shopping Platform" team, which is responsible for the content & technical development and optimization of the international web platform including its own eShop. To strengthen the team, we are filling the position of "Team Lead Platform Content & Conversion Optimization (m/f/d)". You will take on a team lead function for a new designed team and will be significantly responsible for the strategic development of the platform content (focus DTC) in the various markets as well as for the continuous optimization of the user experience & guidance. In this way, you will make an important contribution to maximizing sales and lead conversion, customer loyalty and the BRITA platform findability on the internet.

 

In specific, the tasks can be summarized as follows:

  • Together with your team, you will take responsibility for the planning, conception, creation and international market rollout of content (focus D2C) in relation to the BRITA web platform including its own eShop.
  • You and your team are constantly working on the optimization of the platform with a focus on content, user guidance and user experience.
  • You will lead your own team (approx. 5 employees), manage external partners and take over the platform content roadmap, resource and budget planning.
  • You identify web (content) trends and strategically develop the areas of platform content and conversion optimization.
  • You regularly exchange ideas with the relevant local marketing and HQ teams and actively promote best practice sharing.

 

 

You will be well-equipped for the role if you can demonstrate the following

  • Successfully completed studies in the field of marketing, communication, media, business administration or similar combined with several years of full-time professional experience in the digital marketing and/or e-commerce environment
  • Very good written and spoken English skills as well as good communication skills in international collaboration
  • You already have proven experience in digital marketing, e-commerce and/or web content management - ideally in the consumer goods environment
  • Initial practical experience in staff management, (agile) project organization and managing external service providers and agencies
  • You work in a customer- and results-oriented manner. A strong sense of responsibility paired with the competence to coach and motivate a team of employees and colleagues complete your profile
